今日は台湾に来る前に事前に知っていたらお得な情報を５つ皆さんにシェアします！！

Today I wanna share tidbits about Taiwan!
その1
夜市ではお酒が売っていません
Alcoholic beverages isn't sold in Taiwan night market
台湾はあまり屋外でお酒を飲むことはあまりありません。
売っているのは、タピオカや果物ジュースがメインです！
また、台湾には居酒屋よりもBARが多いので、もし台湾でお酒を飲みたいなと
思ったらBAR かレストラン、もしくはホテルの部屋で夜市で買った食べ物と一緒に楽しむのもいいかなと思います！
Taiwanese people don't really drink beer in outside, there are many Bubble tea and fresh fruit juices and them there are more bar in Taiwan than in Japan so If you want to drink you can go to ber or restrant, or you can enjoy to at hotel with the foods and drink bought at the night market.
その2
コンビニのレジ袋。。。お金かかります。。
Convenience stores will not be allowed to sell plastic bags.
台湾には4つのコンビニがあります！
In Taiwan have 4 convenience store.
日本と同じく24時間営業しています！ただし、レジ袋はもらえないので、台湾に旅行するときはエコバックを持参したほうがいいですね！
there are open 24 hours. but no sell plastic bags so when you coming in taiwan you have to take a tote bag or eco-bag.
その３
エスカレーターでは左側を空ける
In Taiwan, people stand on the right side and walk on the left of the escalator.
特に駅やおっきなデパートでエスカレーターを乗るときは右側に立ち、先を急ぐ人のために左側を開けるのが一般的です。
In Taiwan, stationary people stand to the right, leaving the left hand side clear for people who prefer to walk up or down the moving staircase. especially when using the MRT and big stores.
その４
ポケットティッシュを必ず持参
Do not forget to bring Pocket tissue.
台湾の公共トイレにはトイレットペーパーを置いている場所が少ないです。
観光スポットでさえトイレットペーパーを置いているところが少ないです！
なので台湾に来るときには必ずポケットティッシュを持参してください！！
In Taiwan, uncommon to see toilet paper in public spaces or sightseeing resort and almost no public restroom offers toilet paper, everyone has to bring their own.
その５
チップはなくてもOK
Tipping is not customary in Taiwan
日本同じ、台湾はチップの習慣がありません。
ホテルのベットメイキングなどにも支払わなくて大丈夫なのですが、もし、ホテルのスタッフに特別なお願いをした際などには、お礼のかたちとして支払ってもいいし、紙にお礼の言葉を書くのもいいですね
tipping in Taiwan is generally not expected so if you received special service to staff, It's okay to writing appreciation letter in the paper or just tipping give to the staffs.
